The 12 week shredding program is over, and here are my results:

I have no idea how I stuck to it, there were point where I was ready to give up. When discussing this goal with my trainer, in the back of my head I was telling myself that its ok to quit after one month, that I would humor her and not really continue with it. With time, I felt more determined to just keep doing it, and 12 weeks later, I’m glad I did.
With any major goal, in the beginning it looks like you have a major mountain to climb. You look up at the enormity of it and all you wan to do is run and hide. The trick is knowing that no one ever jumped from the bottom to the top in one go; you take it one step at a time.
